The Schlau Crafts Market in Detmold opened its doors to craft businesses and the specialised trade on 30 June, 2023 at Richtenofen Strasse 105. After a short renovation phase, the wholesale market segment of our Schlau sales line moved into the new premises.

Modern, bright and inviting

During the 7-week renovation phase, our new location was turned inside out. Both the bright interior, with its extensive window front, and the exterior were modernised: a fresh coat of paint, a new sales counter and modern, light-grey shelves give the premises a fresh new look.

Best quality in a contemporary setting

On approx. 490 square metres of retail space, the shop offers a versatile range of products for professional interior designers in a newly refurbished shop layout. The current products, collections, trends and innovations from the areas of paints, wallpapers, floor coverings, tools, construction chemicals, external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) and accessories will be presented. “We are pleased to be able to offer commercial customers our versatile range as well as our services at the new location, such as paint mixing or the Schlau delivery service, in the accustomed top quality,” reports store manager Lars Schweier. “Our employees in the office and out in the field are highly trained and available to provide our customers with expert advice,” says Schweier. The Schlau Crafts Market in Detmold welcomes its professional customers from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:30 and on Friday from 07:00 to 14:00.
